for both "blob.core.windows.net" and "table.core.windows.net", the URL's are not 'resolvable'. But, you should mention that these URL domain suffixes should be prepended with the customer CMG name for example: '.blob.core..windows.net' and '.table.core.windows.net'. A real example is: CoMgmtCMG.blob.core.windows.net and CoMgmtCMG.table.core.windows.net.
