Azure Compute Windows Baseline #11

Hello,

I have an issue with the following AzureWindowsBaseline policies: Accounts: Rename guest account - This does not seem to exist in the SecurityBenchMark

The remediation in Azure is: To establish the recommended configuration via GP, configure the following UI path: Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options\Accounts: Rename guest account

I have set this but it does not reflect in the Policy

Can you advise please?
