Accessing resolution and device sharing dialogue box #1909

I have a Linux Hyper-V and in order to show the resolution and device sharing dialogue box after checking the "save these settings for future connections", I had to:

  1. close the current connection session,
  2. right-click the VM in Hyper-V Manager, and then
  3. select "edit the session settings".

Clicking on "edit the session settings" while the connection was open did not display the resolution and device sharing dialogue box.

Also, running the vmconnect executable didn't work either.
