Windows server 2016 - Moby not supported #1922

Following the instructions here on windows server 2016, docker does not start with the following error:

failed to start daemon: this version of Windows does not support the docker daemon (Windows build 17763 or higher is required)

Hi, Windows Server 2016 is no longer supported by mainstream support as of Jan 11, 2022. We'll only release security fixes but nothing at the OS level. I'd recommend you try using Windows Server 2022 instead.
