Why I think Stevedore is a Good Thing:

Consistent behavior for both desktop and server
MSI installer is a standard Windows distribution that integrates well into various system administration automation processes.
Stevedore provides additional Docker-related tools (Compose, etc) out of the box.
Free and open
Uses upstream binaries
