Add step to verify if CUDA driver is in use for running Linux app from Windows page #1721

Documentation Issue

I think a verification step is good for page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/tutorials/gui-apps, to verify if CUDA driver is used for OpenGL.

Suggested Improvements

Add a way to verify that driver is in use. Or, if running the apps is itself a verification, add that into the page.
