[Cluster Manager] - Virtual Machine Inventory is very slow

Gateway Version: 1.3.2111.01001 Extension Version: 2.41.0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Cluster Manager
2. Click on Connection
3. Log In
4. Click on Virtual Machines
5. Wait for 2-3 minutes up to forever to load VM list

Expected behavior List Loads in a time comparable to Failover Cluster Manager (10 seconds max ideally)

Screenshots & Additional context

• Most of the time (80%) the page eventually loads
• Cluster currently has 3 nodes and 115 VMs
• Cluster is Windows Server 2019 Datacenter
• Performance Monitor creates logs for xhrFetch every 5 seconds (system checking on retrieval job status?)
• If I'm reading the performance logs correctly the Get-VirtualMachineProperties job is the offending request

I can provide more in-depth logs in a private way if required

Can you please update the extension and see if the performance increased? We have made some improvements to the tool since that version you documented.

@trungtran-msft first connection to the cluster in a session is still VERY slow, clicking away and then back seems to be slightly better at not needing to complete a full refresh
