Documentation Missing for Azure Integration #16

The information required to build a custom Azure AD app is missing the details for creating custom roles. Eventually I guessed that the Gateway User role had a value of "user".

Hey @johnjohnjohn87,

That information you are referencing would not have been in that doc because that doc assumes that the user has the Azure AD app created. We can add a link for prerequisite beforehand to avoid this in the future.
