[WAC] - Update failing to install on a core server #172

Gateway Version: 1.3.2111.01001 Extension Version that's been used if it applies

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'Updates'
  3. told that update is available for 1.3.2204.19002
  4. Automatically install updates is 'On'
  5. but click on "Install Now" and "Install Updates"
  6. Wait for page to become available again
  7. check version - no change

Expected behavior I would have expected the update to actually install. WAC goes off line suggesting an install is in progress but it comes back with the same version This is a WAC gateway installed on a core server. I tested on a WAC gateway installed on a GUI server and that installed ok

Being able to update from the WAC interface itself is much more important on a core server than on one with a GUI

I also scheduled a reboot overnight but still not installed this morning
