[24 Hours time format] - Sug. to Add Time Format to Region and Language Configuration #259

Hi, there is not an option to explicit use of 24 hours time format. Is a problem when you set a timestamp to reboot a server in Windows Update and when you set up appears in am/pm and is confusing, because I (and most of 24hs users) didn't now if 12am is on night time or is 12pm is on night???, the worst misstep will be rebooting in the middle of lunch...
