Admin center should include monitoring system. There is none on windows admin centre now. My suggestion needs nothing other than visualization. All the data is there but admin would need to connect one by one thats managing, not monitoring.

A three columns of cpu load, memory load and disk capacity all in percents for each server and computers menu.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Email or messaging notification of those parameters is the simplest form of monitoring but the amount of false positive could sabotage the vigilant needed in proper monitoring.
