Unless I've missed something, when running Windows Updates on a server from WAC, it gives me a chance to restart immediately/schedule a restart, but it does not give me the opportunity to kick off the available updates at a specific time (AKA after hours), I only get an "Install Updates" button. Would love the ability to schedule it in advance.
