MarkdownTextblock is not in ToolKit v8.x and not in the app

This page says this control can be seen in the Toolkit Gallery app. But, since version 8.x, this control is not included in this namespace and therefore not in the app. https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/Windows/discussions/269 FYI @niels9001
