Ah, sorry about that @CyBri2000 . Adding @itillis to see if we have any plans for updating this doc for newer versions of TFS.

@CyBri2000 The general use case for PrepareClone was pre-production testing. In it's place we now recommend restoring backups of your databases and running through the upgrade wizard in pre-production upgrade. We can revisit the current documentation to make that more clear.
