Multi-level numbered list is not displayed correctly on FireFox 70.0.1 #69

I just noticed this on Description of Bug. But, I'd assume it is a generic issue for numbered list display in all editors.

It displays as below on FireFox 70.0.1. The last line should be "2 . BBB".

1. AAA
  a. aaa
  b. bbb
  c. ccc
4 . BBB

It is displayed OK with Chrome or Edge.

1. AAA
  a. aaa
  b. bbb
  c. ccc
2 . BBB
