Maybe provide Certificate Store Setting

The self signed certificate is stored in the certificate store "web hosting". Maybe it is needed to store the certifcates, used by tfs in this store? I have not checked out, but we have stored our certificate from an external authority in this store and is was working. It could be a good idea to recommend this store, when the private store is not the right.
