Outdated Information for v2019

Some of the instructions in this doc are outdated for Azure DevOps Server 2019. v2019 does not have the checkbox like the screenshot and text as described in step two. Additionally, step 3 says that new collection dbs will need to be added to the availability group, but I was informed that 2019 will automatically create the new collection dbs in the availability group if the server is configured to point to the availability group.

Additionally, the /usesqlalwayson switch is not available for the registerDB command in v2019
