The actual default Name was TFS_Configuration, (no DB at the end) but beyond that, in 2019+ version it's default name is/will be AzureDevOps_Configuration. Not a big deal but if we're going to list a default value it should be correct!

In https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/server/command-line/tfsconfig-cmd?view=azure-devops-2019#changeserverid in the description of databaseName is says: " Required. Specifies the name of the configuration database for Azure DevOps Server. By default, the name of this database is TFS_ConfigurationDB."
The actual default Name was TFS_Configuration, (no DB at the end) but beyond that, in 2019+ version it's default name is/will be AzureDevOps_Configuration. Not a big deal but if we're going to list a default value it should be correct!
