Include category IDs along with category code for Azure Maps #101113

The documentation appears to be incorrect - these category codes are returned by the API, not used when doing a category search.

Category searches require the category ID which is not listed on this page. To make matters more confusing, the category tree at https://atlas.microsoft.com/search/poi/category/tree only returns the human readable name, not the category code (as returned by the APIs) so correlating the ID to the code is a manual operation.
