Virtual Machine guest extension #101425

The following line is listed in these 3 sections Microsoft.compute/virtualmachines, Microsoft.compute/virtualmachinescalesets , and Microsoft.classiccompute/virtualmachines: Is there heartbeats between Guest and host agent (if Guest extension is installed)?

What 'Guest extension' are they referring to? There has been some confusion that this is referring to Azure VM Extensions, but there is no Azure VM extension that Resource Health relies on.

Can this part regarding an extension either be removed or edited to accurately describe what they are talking about?
