Typo in Ubuntu instruction installation

[Enter feedback here] Hello In the section "Test VMs that are running Linux/Install SockPerf on the VMs/For Ubuntu" the last command, sudo yum update is a typo and can be removed as it's not supported.

@julioo , thank you for your feedback. We already have an existing GitHub issue with the same feedback which is being tracked in https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/issues/97309. The issue is already assigned to author to make the appropriate updates.
