Unable to change ZRS to GZRS using Azure Portal (option greyed out/disabled)

Customer has a premium files storage account currently set to ZRS in East US 2 region. As per the replication change table in this doc, they should be able to use Azure portal to change it to GZRS. However, the option is greyed out/disabled. I confirmed with a repro in my lab subscription and I could repro the issue. Please update the documentation if this is not allowed or add the limitations for this. The only limitation currently mentioned in this doc about not being able to convert to Geo redundancy is that there should be no blobs in archive tier. Since this account is of premium files type, that limitation doesn't apply. Thanks!
