Managing custom objects via Synapse Studio GUI?

Regarding

Lake databases allow creation of custom T-SQL objects, such as schemas, procedures, views, and the inline table-value functions (iTVFs).

From my experimentation it seems that these custom objects are invisible in Synapse Studio. They can only be accessed via T-SQL (or perhaps Spark notebooks). Is this a known limitation or a bug? Can the documentation please be extended to cover this aspect?
