Delta Lake

Regarding

Data format lake databases in Azure Synapse support parquet and delimited text as the storage formats for data.

Delta Lake format is now also supported, if only in public preview. Also, "parquet" should be capitalized.

P.S. I am basing the above on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/synapse-analytics/database-designer/concepts-lake-database. Strangely enough, Delta Lake is not available as an option in the lake database designer dropdown. I think this aspect needs to be clarified in the documentation.
