No input images available

I was trying to reproduce the "Use Custom Vision API to build an object detection project in C#" tutorial and I could not finish it because there are some problems with it.

• The input images aren´t available at github link
• It´s not clear what are the four numbers (Left, Top, Width, Height) represent in the image.
