German (de-de) translation of functions-app-settings article misleading #103357

Sorry, i couldn't find the source for the german (de-de) translation, nor a feedback button on the rendered documentation website, so i try it here:

The german translation of this: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs/blob/main/articles/azure-functions/functions-app-settings.md?plain=1#L22 visible rendered here https://learn.microsoft.com/de-de/azure/azure-functions/functions-app-settings#appinsights_instrumentationkey says:

Sie sollten weder APPINSIGHTS_INSTRUMENTATIONKEY noch APPLICATIONINSIGHTS_CONNECTION_STRING verwenden.

This translated back to english would be "...neither...nor...", which is wrong. It should rather say:

Sie sollten nicht APPINSIGHTS_INSTRUMENTATIONKEY und APPLICATIONINSIGHTS_CONNECTION_STRING gleichzeitig verwenden.

(It is not a direct translation of "both", which would be "beide", but is better understandable by a native german speaker.)
