No Portal Option to Configure This #103664

There needs to be a portal option to configure this - it is very hard to find this article and even harder to adapt to an already existing Managed Instance when there is no graphical way to make this happen. If there is, please link to it in the article.

Possibly also recategorize in the documentation navigation and retitle.

Hi @jarredm-demo - Thanks for the feedback. We'll make some clarifications to the TDE docs to include portal instructions.
