Topic missing details on how exactly to navigate to the page or what is the hierarchy to navigate to page in paortal

I don't see any NSG in my Synapse Works space. The topic seems to be out of context and is missing where exactly this need to be created in the context of Synapse workspace.

Please consider all the steps leading to the topic being discussed, taking into consideration that person may not be familiar on how to arrive at the page that is being disccused
