Matching examples / keeping PowerShell examples / binaries compatible with feature release

New cool feature in Container Apps - in this case mounting File Shares from the Environment. Documentation examples points to PowerShell examples - but there are no examples, since it is only possible to configure from the Az CLI (as of now I guess) which is not good enough. CLI is fine until you get used to PowerShell and you never wanna switch back - richer scripting & automating capabilities - as such - we dont want to become second class citizens moving forward by / when choosing Container Apps as our microservices platform in Azure and continue using PowerShell for administration.
