Is TDE supproted for DTU?

It is mentioned that TDE is supported only for General Purpose, Business Critical and Hyperscale. Implicitly, I understand that TDE is not supported for DTU model. Can this be clearly mentioned as TDE is supproted for VCore and not for DTU rather.
