Migration from Azure functions 3.x to 4.x required after deployment; update to device bridge example required

It would be useful if this example could be updated to use version 4.x of Azure Functions to align with support for 3.x ending in December 2023. Running the pre-upgrade validator shows a range of issues that need to be resolved.

I'm unsure how best to update the example deployment json to use v 4.0 to deploy. I assume it is the API versions used and will look at this for a resolution in the meantime.
