Kusto for Synapse Spark - obsolete version information

The Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) connector is currently only supported on the Azure Synapse Apache Spark 2.4 runtime (EOLA).

This does not appear to be the case anymore: https://github.com/Azure/azure-kusto-spark#usage Is the 3.x version just not available in Azure Spark specifically?
