Hi @Frankd4 , thanks for contacting Microsoft and bringing this to our attention! Currently, only In-memory OLTP is a feature that's only available in Business Critical and not General Purpose. We've updated the documentation to reflect this. I'll go ahead and close out this Git Issue but please feel free to comment should you need anything further.
