What are the Database features which are **[only available]** in Business Critical that are not available in Genral Purpose ? #109322

What are the Database features which are [only available] in Business Critical that are not available in Genral Purpose, this document is confusing to understand. I need to understand what will prevent from a Reverse Migration from Business Critical to General Purpose for a SQL MI. One of the CX has asked this question

Hi @Frankd4 , thanks for contacting Microsoft and bringing this to our attention! Currently, only In-memory OLTP is a feature that's only available in Business Critical and not General Purpose. We've updated the documentation to reflect this. I'll go ahead and close out this Git Issue but please feel free to comment should you need anything further.

Hi @Frankd4 - the change was made in the same note that you mentioned in the beginning of this issue, in Dynamically scale database resources with minimal downtime. We added a clarifying sentence:
