Need better visibility of required networking endpoints

The required network endpoints are not clearly visible here.

1. The extremely basic and important URL is added at the end, and
2. the supporting explanation about it is causing confusion. This is valid for Azure VMs as well and not specific to Azure ARC servers. URL -
   

IMO, this lengthy list causing the main URL to go down in the document.

Also, here are some notable example documentations which list network endpoints brilliantly:
