Instruction on this page doesn't work

The steps on this page don't work. Going through one by one, there are missing steps before step 6 which causes errors when trying to follow along the steps.

The "Complete script" at the end is also not related to the rest of the page. The bulk of the page is regarding working with Azure Resources (i.e. Get-AzResource), but the "Complete script" is only for Web Applications (i.e.. Get-AzWebApp) and doesn't work with Managed Identities for other resource.
