No mention that the OSM project has been archived

This page should probably mention that the OSM project has recently been archived and will no longer receive any new releases (see blog post here for details). It looks like Microsoft are moving to Istio as the preferred Service Mesh for AKS, unfortunately the AKS addon for Istio is still in Preview but there is documentation here on how to migrate.

@marlowp - We are actively working on this in coordination with other teams responsible, and we don't have an ETA as to when the article can be updated to reflect this project is archived.

Hi, @marlowp, we are still coordinating with partner teams and have yet to receive an ETA. The article does highlight the retirement of OSM, which is the only change we can make for now. For now, I will close this GitHub issue, and the article will be updated once we have proper guidance. Thanks! #please-close
