Quickstart: Image Analysis 4.0 python not supported on MacOS

I tried to run the quickstart and had to realize that there is no package for MacOs on https://pypi.org/project/azure-ai-vision/#files

Therefore, it is not possible to install the package and run the code.

This should be made explicit in the documentation - or even better be fixed by providing a MacOs wheel (or, if possible, a platform-agnostic wheel tagged none-any).

A more extensive SDK installation doc is coming soon, with more information about each platform. But yes, this is not available on MacOS

Is there any wheel files which I can use for azure-ai-vision in MacOS? Looks like Azure Computer Vision SDK cannot be used in MacOS.

unluckily, still not working, I just tried yesterday to install the package, ended up failed...
