[Schema] Column Name shouldn't have spaces

Column Titles in The schema shouldn't have spaces in them as this adds unnecessary complexity when composing a KQL query from Watchlist (you will error out if you attempt to construct a query where a column name has spaces) unless you refer to them as an array ['User Principal Name'] which is not intuitive
