iot hub enrichment values for device to cloud message has been disappeared in the events #113423

I have couple iothub in different regions that I've been using enrichment key value for some of my reported properties for long time and they have been working well until last month. in one of them I don't see enrichment values in events any more. does anybody know what happened or any changes in iothub recently??? image image

Hi @mheskandari Greetings! Can you let us know the region of the IoT Hub where you are experiencing this issue? Can you add more details on which end point you are capturing these evets from? May I also know if you still continue to receive the events on the routed end point without the message enrichments?

If this is not a production instance, I appreciate it if you can add a new message enrichment message and see if that propagates to the event end point. Please keep us posted on your findings.

I have an iothub in our production in west europe which doesn't have any issue, but our QA's environments in (west europe) have this issue.
