New bicep version 2023-04-01 missing in the doc link

When I click on the doc link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/templates/microsoft.redhatopenshift/openshiftclusters I can't see the doc and the change log for the latest Bicep openshift version 2023-04-01

The example also shows a quite old version.

}
