I'm currently receiving Azure AD Identity Protection Weekly Digest emails and I have no idea what organization or authentication credentials are associated with them. The only thing I know is what email is receiving them.

I want them to stop and I have no idea how to even begin.

Web Page that I can find via googling about this email: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/identity-protection/howto-identity-protection-configure-notifications

It does not explain, nor does the email contain, information about what organization is the source of the email and how to stop receiving the email.

@kdescoteaux-uptycs you're receiving Azure AD Identity Protection Weekly Digest emails and you're not sure how to stop them. Based on the information you provided, it seems like you might not have access to the Azure portal to manage your organization's settings.

To stop receiving the Weekly Digest email, you will need to contact your organization's administrator who has access to the Azure portal. They can follow the steps outlined in the following article to turn off the Weekly Digest email: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/identity-protection/howto-identity-protection-configure-notifications#configure-the-weekly-digest-email.

I'd recommend working closer with our support team via an [Azure support request] (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request). Or you can leverage our Q&A forum by posting your issue there so our community, and MVPs can further assist you in troubleshooting this issue or finding potential workarounds. @SaibabaBalapur-MSFT "you will need to contact your organization's administrator" is the problem. Which organization? What contact email? This information is not clear in the received email. I am not an azure admin for any organization I have ever been part of. The address I am receiving the email at is a personal email not part of any AD domain. There is no context.

@kdescoteaux-uptycs you're receiving Azure AD Identity Protection Weekly Digest emails and you're not sure how to stop them. Based on the information you provided, it seems that you might have been added to a distribution list by mistake. Since you mentioned that you're not an Azure admin for any organization you've been part of and the email address you're receiving the emails at is a personal email not part of any AD domain, it's possible that the emails are not intended for you.

To stop receiving the emails, you can try the following steps: Look for an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email and click on it. This should take you to a page where you can unsubscribe from the emails. If there is no "Unsubscribe" link, you can try replying to the email and asking to be removed from the distribution list. If neither of these options work, you can contact Microsoft support and provide them with the email address that is receiving the emails. They should be able to help you identify the organization that is sending the emails and assist you in stopping them.

I'd recommend working closer with our support team via an [Azure support request] (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request).

@SaibabaBalapur-MSFT There is no Unsubscribe link. (if only!) The email is a "no-reply" email. The azure portal will not let me create an Azure support request from me because i'm not part of an Azure organization!!

@kdescoteaux-uptycs you're having trouble creating an Azure support request. Based on the information you provided, it seems that you are not part of an Azure organization, which is required to create a support request or contact your internal IT team they might have internal Azure Admin IT team and raise support request.

To create an Azure support request, you need to have an Azure account and be a member of an Azure organization. If you don't have an Azure account, you can create one for free. Once you have an Azure account, you can create an Azure organization or join an existing one.

If you are still having trouble creating an Azure organization or joining an existing one, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance. To do so, you can follow the steps outlined in the "Request quota increases from support" document that I provided earlier.
