Ring Central and Azure SSO #115510

Just a suggestion: It would be helpful on this page to have a description of what to do when your certificate for SSO needs to be renewed. Entra gives several options for export Base64, RAW,.. which to choose for importing to Ringcentral or do i need to go through this whole process? We dont all understand how certificates work in detail.

Hi Saibaba

I found that downloading the certificate in Base64 format allowed it to be uploaded in Avaya/RingCentral with no issues.
