AMA removed from auto-provisioning #116541

AMA has been removed and cannot be selected:

For the Autoprovisioning configuration agent type, select Azure Monitor Agent

Is there any news on this?

With the move to AMA, auto provisioning of this agent through defender for cloud and creation of defender DCR's is absolutely essential.

It's been removed from the UI of Servers setting and available from SQL settings, see ttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/defender-for-cloud/defender-for-sql-autoprovisioning#migrate-to-the-sql-server-targeted-ama-autoprovisioning-process

I dont understand why this is closed? Why is this only available for SQL and not for servers? Many of our customers have large IaaS estates, removing the auto provisioning of the AMA agent for servers is going to be a huge hit for many who relied on this in the past to ensure all their VMs were onboarded correctly.
