TLS 1.3 Support for Azure Monitor

May we know if we are able to enforce TLS 1.3 client encryption protocol (either configure at our restful api client or AMA agent from the source) when communicate with Azure Monitor API for logs ingestion i.e., from on-premises syslog forwarder through AMA agent to Azure Sentinel (target Azure Monitor API) ?
