Missing words?

Hi, I'd like to know if, in this part:

The instruction "Create and populate Microsoft Entra ID." is not missing something: what should be created and populated, exactly?

Based on similar instructions, like in this page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/postgresql/single-server/concepts-azure-ad-authentication

It seems that the instruction is about populating user identities. However, here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/authentication-aad-overview?view=azuresql#next-steps

So, it would be more about a tenant.

Could you please help me clarify that? Please note such instruction also figures in the PPTX delivered for the course AZ-500T00A (instructor documentation).
