JupyterHub not accessable

Hi,

I followed the instructions step by step and I'm not able to access JupyterHub. I used the password option for login, no capitalized username and port 8000 is open. I can connect via ssh but can't read JupyterHub via https://:8000.

What could be the problem here? If you need any further information, please let me know.
