Include steps to view the Observations #117089

There's nowhere in this guide (or the "Accessing Using Postman" section referenced by this guide) that it directs the reader to query the Observations from the FHIR server.

While this may seem obvious to people who are familiar with the FHIR service (or FHIR in general), an engineer will typically be following this example to gain an understanding of what those concepts are.

Would it be possible to add a few lines to the "View test data in the FHIR service" section to explain: a) What FHIR records are created by the example IoT payload b) How to access them. (the Postman link ends with the {{fhirurl}}/Patient call but including a mention to the {{fhirurl}}/Observation resource would complete the tutorial nicely.
