Language Version 2.0 makes the documentation very much more difficult to understand #117450

Please find me on Teams Ron.Rieke@microsoft.com The documentation for Azure Resource Manager, Create Templates, Modularize Templates refers to the URL azure-resource-manager/templates/linked-templates.

Linked Templates I understand fine, but this document talks about nested templates, modularized templates, and linked templates, and the naming scheme of the document is hard to find on search.

It would be a great way of introducing the new language mode, if it were more readily accessible, but also, introducing language version 2.0 remarks, such as: Important For languageVersion 2.0, the default value for the expressionEvaluationOptions property is inner. The value outer is blocked.

Are very confusing, because the default configurations for these versions appear different, and the reader is constantly interrupted with clarifications in the documentation.

I think the description of ARM V1 nested and linked templates, and ARM V2 modularized template implementation of linked templates and nested templates should be split up.

Thanks! Ron
