authLevel configuration contradicts itself #117636

Hi,

regarding setting the authLevel for an Azure Function, the corresponding documentation is unclear and contradicts itself: in this section it is talked about the authorization level setting but it is unclear where this should be set.

A few sections later another option authLevel which seems to configure this behavior is mentioned. Furthermore the link to the Trigger-config seems to be broken as it leads to some section of the doc which does not really seem to be related to this topic
