Updated processing toolchain for Azure Orbital

As noted, this implementation is out of date. However, I have developed a replacement using RTSTPS+IMAPP through AKS and Azure Batch, coded in Bicep, stored in GitHub. Would this be of interest to help update these pages? I'm an Microsoft employee - @cscholefield
